Ordering from NZ Union
  • Credit card orders are accepted on-line, by fax or, by phone.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard
  • Money orders and Cashier's Checks will be accepted.
  • All orders outside the U.S.A. should be credit card orders or in U.S. funds.
  • We DO NOT accept personal checks.



    ORDERING OVER THE INTERNET:
    • Ordering over the internet is safe, easy, and totally secure. When you order from NZ Union over the internet, you connect with Yahoo Store's secure server which protects your credit card and personal information.
    • Internet Explorer users should see the LOCK (secure) symbol when you check out.
    • Firefox users should see the unbroken key symbol when you check out.
    • Shortly after placing your order on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line.

    • Please note: free shipping on certain internet specials and shipping costs on international orders may NOT be shown on this confirmation, but WILL be reflected on your final invoice.

    ORDERING BY MAIL:
      When you order by mail, please be sure to include all item #'s and the full item name and price, as well as your name address, phone and e-mail (if available). Include appropriate shipping which can be found in the online check out or call 1-415-615-0577 for shipping charges.
    • Outside the 48 States? Please call us for a shipping quote prior to mailing your order. You may send payment by credit card of money order.
    • Please note: we do not accept personal checks.


    ORDERING WITH A GIFT CERTIFICATE:

    • Online orders need to include credit card account information so that the order can be processed online.
    • Your credit card will not be charged anything unless the purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate.
    • Phone orders? Please provide dollar amount, and the GDS-number.
    • Internet orders please list dollar amount, and the GDS-number under the "Comments" field.
    • Limit one gift certificate per customer, family, address, and/or transaction.

    Prices in this catalog are subject to change without notice. Please e-mail US if you have any questions about prices.


Shipping Information
  • United Parcel Service (UPS) is our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
  • Most orders ship out the same business day (M-F) received.

  • International orders take longer. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost.
  • Shipments going to APO's, FPO's and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.





Shipping Methods / Options -- Domestic (USA)
    We use UPS to ship to most addresses in the continental US. If you are unable to receive packages using either of these services please let us know when you place your order.


Express Shipping, Next Day and 2-Day Air packages
  • On UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day Air shipments we make all efforts to ship the same day you order.

  • Orders received after 2 pm PT may not ship until the next Business Day.
  • We will contact you if any additional delays are necessary.
  • Large, bulky, or heavy items may incur additional Express (air) Shipping charges.
  • Please be sure you have provided DAY TIME contact information.
  • Our web site will post an average cost for Express Shipping. This cost will be adjusted up or down to the ACTUAL cost of shipping your package via UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air. If these charges exceed the "average" by more than 10% you will be contacted via e-mail and/or phone to approve the shipping charges. Please be sure you have provided DAY TIME contact information. If we cannot reach you the shipping of your package may be delayed.

International Shipping Options
  • We ship to all US addresses, including military addresses (APO, FPO) and US Territories, as well as all Canadian addresses.
  • We do not ship to any other international destinations. All addresses outside of the US48 pay the exact cost of shipping.

  • NOTE: When ordering on-line our website applies the cost for the shipping.
  • Please feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate.
  • We ship via UPS.
  • OUTSIDE THE US48 -- Canadian customers are responsible for all Canadian Taxes at delivery.


Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments
  • DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
  • Please email or call us at 1-415-615-0577 in case of damaged or lost shipments.


Returns & Exchanges
  • Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchanges, or adjustment.

    Please insure all returned goods for the full retail price. We cannot be responsible for items which are lost in shipment when being returned. Returns should be shipped via UPS / FedEx or insured Parcel Post to the address below. We recommend UPS / FedEx be used on high value items. The Post Office lacks accurate tracking and delivery confirmation. If you ship via the post office we suggest delivery confirmation with a signature required.

    your name, shipping address, a copy of your invoice, and an explanation of what you want done with your return. For example, refund your credit card, exchange for another item, etc.
